1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to Lucky Roll Craps! By downloading, installing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Fox Valley Digital LLC, a Wisconsin, USA limited liability company and the developer of Lucky Roll Craps (“Fox Valley Digital”, “we”, “us”). We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Age requirement and eligibility

Lucky Roll Craps is a social casino game intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years old, and old enough to enter into this agreement where you live, to use it. By using this app, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will use the app in compliance with all applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. No real money gambling

Important: Lucky Roll Craps is for entertainment and practice purposes only.

• You cannot win real money
• You cannot lose real money
• Virtual chips, including chips you buy, have no monetary value
• Virtual chips cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of real-world value
• This is not real gambling

Lucky Roll Craps simulates casino craps gameplay for educational and entertainment purposes. Success in this app does not imply future success at real money gambling. The app is designed to help you learn and practice the game of craps in a risk-free environment.

4. User account and responsibilities

If you create an account with Lucky Roll Craps, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: all registration information must be truthful and current.
• Maintain security: keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• One account per person: do not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Report unauthorized access: notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
• Accept responsibility: you are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national or international law
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or exploit the app's code or systems
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Manipulate leaderboards or statistics through cheating or exploitation
• Harass, abuse or harm other users through social features
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Distribute malware, viruses or harmful code through the app
• Attempt to sell, trade or monetize virtual chips or accounts
• Use the app to promote real money gambling services

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual property rights

All content, features and functionality of Lucky Roll Craps, including but not limited to software code and algorithms; graphics, logos and visual designs; text, tutorials and educational content; audio effects and music; game mechanics and features; and trademarks and brand elements, are owned by Fox Valley Digital LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on any part of Lucky Roll Craps without our express written permission.

7. Virtual items and in-app purchases

Lucky Roll Craps uses virtual chips and other virtual items:

• Free chips: you receive free chips through daily bonuses, challenges, achievements and optional rewarded video ads.
• Optional purchases: you can buy chip packs and the one-time Remove Ads unlock through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store processes your payment under its own terms.
• A license, not property: a purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the item in the app. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded, transferred or redeemed for money or anything of value.
• Purchases are final except where the law or the store’s refund policy says otherwise. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies, and items from refunded purchases may be removed from your account.
• Remove Ads turns off banner and interstitial ads on your account. You can restore it on another device with the same account using Restore Purchases. Rewarded ads remain optional.
• Chips are used up as you play. Game outcomes are random, and we do not replace chips lost in play.

We may change, add or remove virtual items and features. If we ever discontinue the app, your license to virtual items ends, and we will not provide compensation unless the law requires it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Lucky Roll Craps is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation
• Accuracy or reliability of gameplay statistics or odds calculations
• Availability of the app at all times or in all locations

We do not guarantee that the app will meet your expectations or be free from bugs or errors. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fox Valley Digital LLC and its members, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Issues arising from device compatibility or internet connectivity
• Gambling losses incurred elsewhere based on app practice

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason; remove or modify content, features or functionality; and discontinue the app entirely with or without notice.

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Lucky Roll Craps shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties; binding arbitration if negotiation fails; and on an individual basis only (no class action lawsuits).

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications, email (if you provided one) and an update to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Lucky Roll Craps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Responsible gaming

While Lucky Roll Craps involves no real money, we take responsible gaming seriously:

• Use the app for entertainment and learning only
• Take breaks if you feel the need
• Remember that casino games involve chance, not skill alone
• Success in this app does not guarantee success at real gambling
