6. Intellectual property rights

All content, features and functionality of Lucky Roll Craps, including but not limited to software code and algorithms; graphics, logos and visual designs; text, tutorials and educational content; audio effects and music; game mechanics and features; and trademarks and brand elements, are owned by Lucky Roll Craps and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on any part of Lucky Roll Craps without our express written permission.

7. Virtual currency and in-app features

Lucky Roll Craps provides virtual chips and other in-app features:

• Virtual chips: provided at no charge and replenished daily.
• No cash value: virtual items have zero monetary value and cannot be redeemed for anything of value.
• Bonus chips: optional video ads may provide bonus chips at your discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, add or remove virtual features at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Lucky Roll Craps shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties; binding arbitration if negotiation fails; and on an individual basis only (no class action lawsuits).

12. Changes to terms

Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications, email (if you provided one) and an update to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Lucky Roll Craps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
