Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Lucky Roll Craps: Casino Dice account (published on Google Play by Fox Valley Digital) and what happens to your data when you do. Creating an account is optional; you can play as a guest without one.

1. Delete your account in the app

Open Lucky Roll Craps and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings.
Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
Confirm by tapping Delete. Your account and its data are removed immediately and you are signed out.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Please use the steps above or the request below.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app or sign in, email us from the address on the account:

Subject: Delete my Lucky Roll Craps account
Include: the email address or display name used for the account.

We may reply to confirm that the request came from the account owner. Requests are completed within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything stored against it on our servers:

Your sign-in credentials, email address and display name
Your chip balance, daily-bonus and reward history
Game statistics, roll history and session records
Achievements, daily-challenge progress and unlocked cosmetics
Feedback you submitted through the app
Our records of your in-app purchases

Deleted data cannot be restored, and purchased chips or items cannot be transferred to another account.

4. What is kept

Google Play purchase receipts are held by Google under its own terms; we do not control them.
Aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you (for example, how many players rolled on a given day).
Records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records for tax and accounting, for the period the law requires.
